Brickbox is one of the racing games in the Diemakora collection. It loads in seconds and needs nothing installed. In Brickbox every corner is a small decision — brake early and lose time, brake late and risk the wall. That tension is what keeps people replaying the same track.

About Brickbox

BrickBox is an enthralling 2D puzzle game that invites players to engage in a challenging experience, where strategy and skill intertwine. The objective is simple yet intriguing: navigate a diamond through a maze of brick walls to reach the finish zone. Players must utilize critical thinking to assess their surroundings and make thoughtful movements within the confined play area. The game

What makes a good racing game? Usually responsive steering, a sense of speed and a scoring system based on time, position or distance — and Brickbox has each of them in some measure. Playing it works your timing and risk management, which is a large part of why the "one more round" feeling is so strong.

How to play Brickbox

  1. Start by clicking the big play button. Brickbox loads inside the frame; give it a moment, especially on a slow connection.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts. The developer describes the controls like this: Touch Controls Android iOS Arrowkeys PC Mac Controls Players can move up down left or right one cell at a time using touch controls - Touch click the grey area around the player to move - Use arrowkeys on keyboard
  3. Do a warm-up lap without worrying about position. Feel how the vehicle brakes and turns, then race for real.
  4. Use the full-screen button under the frame for the best view, and keep an eye on the score, timer or health display so you know what the game is asking of you.

Tips and tricks

  • Learn one track completely before moving on. Knowing where every bend is worth several seconds a lap and the skill carries over.
  • Use the whole width of the road. Cutting across from the outside to the inside of a bend and back out again shortens the distance and keeps your speed up.
  • Nitro or boost is best used on straights where you are already stable, not to rescue a bad corner.
  • If the game has upgrades, put the first ones into handling or brakes rather than top speed — control wins more races than raw power at the beginning.

Who will enjoy it

We would recommend Brickbox to anyone who enjoys speed, vehicles and shaving seconds off a personal best. In terms of time, think of a single race of one to three minutes, or a longer career if unlocks are involved. The learning curve is forgiving on early tracks, demanding on later ones. The controls are tap and drag based, which makes it comfortable on touch screens as well as with a mouse.
