1. The service

Diemakora ("the site"), operated by Diemakora, provides access to browser games created by third-party developers and distributed through licensed networks, together with original editorial content written by us. The site is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to: attempt to download, copy, decompile or redistribute any game; scrape or bulk-copy our editorial content; interfere with the site's operation or security; post or submit anything unlawful, abusive or misleading through accounts, comments or contact forms; or use automated tools to inflate plays, votes or rankings.

3. Third-party games and content

Games are embedded from third-party servers and remain the intellectual property of their developers and publishers. We do not control their content, availability or behaviour, and a game may be removed or changed at any time. Trademarks, characters and titles belong to their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and object to a listing, contact us via the contact page and we will respond within two working days.

4. Our content

Game guides, category descriptions, blog articles, the site design and the Diemakora name and logo are our own work and are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source. You may not republish our content in bulk or present it as your own.

5. Accounts

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Advertising

The site displays advertising from third-party networks. Advertisers are responsible for their own content. We do not endorse any product advertised and are not party to any transaction between you and an advertiser.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site without notice.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The site and all games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diemakora is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any game accessed through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country in which you live.
