- Jumping is a commitment. Do it to escape or to surprise, never as a default movement.
- Watch the opponent's health bar. Players change behaviour when they are low, and the change is exploitable.
- Pick one character and one simple combo and repeat it until it is automatic. Consistency wins far more than variety.
- Learn to block before you learn to combo. A player who cannot be hit cannot lose, and everything else follows from that.
- Because this is a Tower Defense game, build at corners where the path doubles back so towers get two passes at every enemy.
