Tips and tricks
- Spacing is a weapon. Stand just outside the opponent's reach and inside your own, and let them come to you.
- Jumping is a commitment. Do it to escape or to surprise, never as a default movement.
- Learn to block before you learn to combo. A player who cannot be hit cannot lose, and everything else follows from that.
- Punish, don't predict. Wait for a missed attack and hit the recovery — it is the safest damage in any fighting game.
