About Truck Racing

Truck Racing is an exhilarating driving game that puts your skills to the test as you navigate a variety of challenging terrains. In this engaging game, players must transport cargo to its designated destination while managing the hazards of the road. The thrill lies in the balance of speed and stability, as players steer their trucks through winding paths, steep

What makes a good racing game? Usually a sense of speed, a scoring system based on time, position or distance and tracks or roads that reward memorisation — and Truck Racing has each of them in some measure. Under the surface it is a test of timing and anticipation, dressed up in focused presentation.

How to play Truck Racing

  1. Start by clicking the big play button. Truck Racing loads inside the frame; give it a moment, especially on a slow connection.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts. The developer describes the controls like this: AD left right arrows to control the truck W or up arrow to jump
  3. Do a warm-up lap without worrying about position. Feel how the vehicle brakes and turns, then race for real.
  4. Use the full-screen button under the frame for the best view, and keep an eye on the score, timer or health display so you know what the game is asking of you.

Tips and tricks

  • Use the whole width of the road. Cutting across from the outside to the inside of a bend and back out again shortens the distance and keeps your speed up.
  • Nitro or boost is best used on straights where you are already stable, not to rescue a bad corner.
  • Traffic and rivals are predictable: they hold their line. Plan your overtake two cars ahead rather than reacting to the one in front.
  • Look where you want to go, not at the wall you want to avoid. Your steering follows your attention.

Who will enjoy it

Who is Truck Racing for? In a word, anyone who enjoys speed, vehicles and shaving seconds off a personal best. In terms of time, think of a single race of one to three minutes, or a longer career if unlocks are involved. How hard is it? Forgiving on early tracks, demanding on later ones. It is designed for desktop play with a keyboard and mouse.
